Creighton Arita

Creighton Arita serves as Lead Apostolic Pastor and Chairman of the Board, helping guide the spiritual direction and long-term mission of the church. He is also the Senior Pastor of Christ Centered Community Church and the CEO of the Ike Family of Companies, where he equips leaders and organizations to grow with clarity, purpose, and healthy systems. With a deep passion for developing leaders and strengthening the Church, Creighton brings both pastoral insight and strategic wisdom to the council. He is committed to seeing communities transformed through the gospel and the raising up of the next generation of leaders

Lead Apostolic Pastor

Jocelyn McMahon

Jocelyn McMahon serves as Senior Pastor, providing spiritual leadership and vision for the life and future of the church. Commissioned into leadership by the late Francis Oda, she has faithfully guided the church through significant seasons, including the challenges of COVID and the transition into its new building. Jocelyn is known for her deep faith and her ability to dream boldly with God for what the church can become. She brings visionary leadership and a shepherd’s heart to the council.

Senior Pastor

Jacob Chung serves as an Associate Pastor and is passionate about helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus and live out their faith in everyday life. Before entering pastoral ministry, Jacob served as a federal firefighter, where he developed a deep commitment to service and caring for others in times of need. He has a strong heart for families and is especially passionate about seeing godly men rise up to lead with faith and integrity. Jacob brings pastoral care, leadership, and encouragement to his role on the council.

Associate Pastor

Jacob Chung

Travis Nishida serves as Weekend Experience Pastor, overseeing the worship, production, and teaching environments that shape the church’s weekly gatherings. He has been part of the church for over 16 years, bringing a deep understanding of its people and a passion for creating spaces where others can encounter God. In addition to his ministry role, Travis works as a video specialist for the local utility and serves as a CrossFit coach, blending creativity, leadership, and discipline into all he does. He is passionate about seeing people come alive through the Word of God and helping them discern God’s direction for their lives. Travis is married to Daralyn, who leads the church’s tech team.

TRAVIS NISHIDA

Aleni Snell serves as Outreach Pastor, leading the church’s efforts to reach and care for the most vulnerable in the community. He has been part of the church for many years, faithfully serving and helping extend its mission beyond the walls of the building. Aleni also serves at the River of Life Mission as a HUB and Ministry Manager, where he helps provide meals, resources, and spiritual care to those experiencing homelessness. With a deep compassion for people and a heart for outreach, he brings hands-on ministry experience and a commitment to living out the gospel in practical ways.

Chairman of the Board

Tim Savage is an award-winning filmmaker and storyteller with a passion for communicating meaningful stories through film and media. He serves in creative ministry at Christ Centered Community Church, helping lead media and storytelling initiatives that share the message of Jesus in creative and engaging ways. With more than two decades of experience in filmmaking and media production, Tim brings creativity and insight to the church council. His heart is to see the gospel communicated clearly and powerfully in today’s culture.

Keane Kitagawa serves as Executive Pastor at Christ Centered Community Church, where he helps lead the operational life and ministry of the church. Known for his ability to build strong teams and place the right people in the right roles, Keane brings clarity and structure to the vision of the church. He is a skilled leader who excels at translating vision into action. Through his leadership, he helps ensure the mission of the church moves forward with strength and unity.

Charles Kaneshiro is Chairman of G70, a Hawaiʻi-based architecture, engineering, and planning firm known for shaping many of the islands’ educational and community spaces. With decades of experience in design and leadership, he has helped guide projects that serve communities across Hawaiʻi. Charles brings thoughtful perspective and strategic insight to the church council. His professional experience building spaces that serve people reflects his heart for strengthening communities and supporting the mission of the church.

Matt is passionate about supporting wise leadership and helping the church continue to thrive.

Jade Richardson is President and CEO of Road Builders Corporation, a Honolulu-based construction company specializing in asphalt paving and infrastructure projects across Hawaiʻi. She has spent more than two decades helping lead and grow the company while overseeing major roadway and public works projects throughout the islands. Jade brings strong leadership experience and a commitment to service to the church council. Her dedication to building strong communities aligns closely with the mission and vision of the church.
